What can I say about Karcher Pressure washers?
Karcher is a well-known household brand, why? Because they develop products that can be used by anyone for cleaning just about any surface imaginable. Their machines are designed for ease of use and to do all the work for you.
The 3 Karcher pressure washers I’ve mentioned give you all the choices you need from light to medium, and finally to Karcher’s heavy-duty pressure washer. All of these will allow you to clean your patio furniture, driveway, fences, windows, cars and house siding. The gas-powered cleaner offers you a larger PSI output, which will give you a much deeper and quicker clean compared to the electric models.
Karcher started out as a family-owned business based in Germany, which has continued to be an unbroken tradition. The Karcher brand began with it’s found Alfred Kärcher, which at the time focused on industrial heating elements back in 1935. It, over the years, grew to a multi-billion dollar company that now focuses entirely on cleaning equipment and tools.
The change from heating elements over to cleaning equipment and tools is thanks mainly to his wife, Irene Kärcher, who decided that the company should shift to developing household cleaners. She took over the company when her husband passed away.
Today, Karcher now generates jobs for over 10,000 people in 60 countries and 100 subsidiaries. Making 2.84 billion dollars annually.
Karcher is the first company to develop the first European hot water high-pressure cleaner back in 1950, a product which at the time was so revolutionary that it’s still used as the basis of many other Karcher products today.
Standing the test of time
As a company that has existed since the 1930s, it’s gone through several changes while still maintaining it’s high standard of quality. Unfortunately, you can’t build something and expect it to last forever, and this is true for any tool or appliance. Karcher offer’s a warranty which ranges from 2 to 3 years depending on the model you’ve purchased. Some parts can have a special separate warranty.
You can contact customer service through their website, via email or via their customer service hotlines.
When you face a problem with your machine, which may be broken or non-functioning, you can take it to a dedicated service center or you can use Karcher’s “rapid exchange program”. Which guarantees a new device if the unit (or one part) is broken and cannot be economically fixed.
This is something I personally suggest, it’s fantastic that taking the whole pressure washer to a service center.
